This policy explains how Get Approved By Robyn ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit heloc.getapprovedbyrobyn.com or contact us. Loans are originated through NEXA Lending, which has its own privacy notice that applies once you apply.

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, property state and type, estimated home value and mortgage balance, how you plan to use funds, timing, comments, and your answers in the rate estimator or Apply Now survey.
• Information collected automatically: pages visited, the referring site, marketing tags in the link you used (UTM parameters), browser type, and general location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies and similar tools: we may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and GoHighLevel tracking) to understand site traffic and measure our marketing. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam on forms.

The rate estimator does not pull your credit report.

How we share information
